Our Service Department: What To Expect
In our Service Department, Wayne Lukey heads up Business Development, guiding our clients through every step of their journey. Wayne and his team of estimators are your first point of contact; they will reach out to discuss your vessel’s scope of work, listening closely to your expectations, timeframe, and budget. Our approach is straightforward: we don’t quote time and materials. Instead, each estimate we provide is a detailed, itemized overview that outlines both estimated labor and materials. This transparency gives you a clear understanding of the work required and a realistic cost, so you can plan confidently.
Once your vessel arrives at our yard, you’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager who will oversee every aspect of your visit.
From work quality and scheduling to billing and communication, your project manager is responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly during your yard stay.

New Build Management
Leading our New Build team is Derrick Fowler, our Director of Operations. Derrick’s expertise and leadership are pivotal as he oversees every aspect of the department, from the new builds to the talented individuals who bring them to fruition. Under his guidance, our team is committed to delivering not just custom sportfish yachts, but exceptional experiences.
Each new build project is assigned a dedicated project manager, ensuring personalized attention from the very beginning. Our project managers—Herman Gonzalez, Ryan Batista, and Kris Stoilkov—work closely with the owners throughout the entire process. From initial concept discussions and 3D renderings to the final commissioning of the vessel, our team is here to ensure that each owner’s vision is realized at every stage.
