Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time motivated worker, to join our company as a Welders Helper, and Shop Helper that can do various duties in different departments. Duties vary daily and will include helping the team, cleaning, and shop maintenance to name a few.

Qualifications:

• Education: High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No experience required but must be willing to learn.
• Skills:
  • Read and write clearly and legibly.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Must be able to follow directions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in a marine and industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying weather conditions.
• May involve working in confined spaces, at heights, or in awkward positions.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requires the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.

• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 10-hour day shift, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Overtime available.

Exempt Status: Non-exempt hourly
